While we take great pride in the craftsmanship of our luxury car diffusers, scented tablets, and essential oils, we understand that there may be occasions when you’d like to return a product. Please review our returns and refunds policy below:

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 30-day return window on eligible products. If you're not completely satisfied with your order, you may request a return within 30 days from the delivery date.

Eligible Items

Car Fresheners (Tablet Holders): Items must be returned in unused and undamaged condition. If your item arrives damaged, please notify us immediately and provide clear photographic or video evidence (at least two high-resolution images or one video).

Note: Minor cosmetic variations (such as light scratches or mold marks) are not considered damage.

In situations where a full refund isn't applicable, we may offer a partial refund or discount on a future purchase, depending on the circumstances.

Ineligible Items

Scented Tablets: Refunds will only be issued if a fault is confirmed through appropriate image or video evidence.

Essential Oils: These are also non-refundable unless a fault is verified with clear photographic or video documentation.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer exchanges. This is due to the pricing and composition differences between product types and scent profiles.

However, we are developing an exchange system with an expected launch in 2026, which will allow customers to switch between scent or product types. All subscribers to our email list will be kept informed of this feature's release.
